We are committed to excellence in property management and sustainability at Meadowvale Corporate Centre. We scale up adoption of proven technologies that deliver environmental or social benefits. It is our priority to reduce energy, water, waste and greenhouse gases.

QuadReal aims to be a global sustainability leader through efficiency, engagement and innovation. The MCC management team honour this mission by actively working to decrease energy consumption, increasing diversion rates, and participating in QuadReal’s engagement campaign: “We Care Too”.

We provide 24/7 access to a live customer service agent through QuadReal CONNECT, along with on-site staff during business hours. Our hosted tenant programs and events promote wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.

 

The Meadowvale Corporate Centre management team honour Our Sustainability Commitment with active involvement in QuadReal’s engagement campaign: “We Care Too".

We work to highlight energy conservation and sustainability practices big and small, from recycling and healthy living tips and light bulb choice to participation in Earth Hour and using EnergyStar products and ratings. Our goal is to leverage our substantial in-house energy efficiency expertise, highlight the achievements at Meadowvale and provide useful and actionable tips for tenants to take home and make the world a better place.
